Welcome to Anchored Sol, our family's coastal home! We're thrilled to have you as our guest in North Topsail Beach on Topsail Island. We sincerely hope you and your family have an amazing vacation and cherish the same joy that our family experiences here.
My husband and I will be your hosts and are available to answer questions you have prior to or during your stay at Anchored Sol, but we will leave you alone to relax once you have checked in and are all settled so you can enjoy your vacation.
Anchored Sol is located in North Topsail Beach, NC, better known as "Topsail Island". Topsail Island consists of 3 areas, Topsail Beach, Surf City and North Topsail Beach. We are just a couple miles over the Surf City Line which makes us central to the 26 mile Island. We are convenient to all areas of the Island including many favorite restaurants, local favorite dives, and plenty of spacious family beaches. Two bridges allow access to the Island and we are central to both! Just a few minutes to Surf City, and you'll be in the heart of the island!
What are the check-in/out procedures?
Check-in is 4pm and all check-in instructions will be sent via messages prior to your arrival. We are happy to allow for an early check-in providing the home is ready for your arrival.
Check out is 10am.
Are there cameras at the property?
Security cameras are not inside the property nor on the decks for your privacy. However, we do have a video doorbell, back yard camera, driveway camera and carport area cameras for security and protection of our home.
Are parties/events allowed?
Parties/events are not allowed on the premises and termination of stay without refund is enforced.
Do you allow pets?
Due to allergies and potential damages, pets of any kind are not allowed. Extra fees will be applied daily, per pet, brought into the home, termination of stay, and extra cleaning fees collected.
Can I smoke in the home?
Smoking of any substance is not allowed inside the home or on the decks. Extra fees will apply when this has been detected.
